"Battery last good"
The battery has been good so far. It lasts me all day without having to charge it, which is nicee.

"I like that I can still hear..."
I like that I can still hear what’s going on around me when I’m using my Shokz, especially if I’m out walking or doing stuff around the house. For podcasts, they’re about what I expected — decent and easy to listen to.
The bone conduction idea is cool, but it’s definitely not magic. Music can sound a little thin, and when I’m outside near traffic I usually have to turn the volume up quite a bit. They’re not bad, just not as clear as I was hoping

"Not comfortable enough for my standards"
I really wanted to like these, but they just don’t meet my personal standard for comfort. After about 20 minutes, my ears started hurting, and the sound felt a bit tiring to listen to. They might work for short use, but for longer listening sessions, they’re not comfortable for me.

"Charging could be better"
The headphones themselves are fine, but charging them is kind of frustrating. The cable doesn’t always feel like it’s sitting in there properly, so I usually end up checking a couple times to make sure they’re actually charging. It’s not a huge deal, I just thought it would feel a little more reliable for the price

"Decent sound, but they feel cheap"
I liked these at first. The sound is good and they fit fine, so I thought I’d be happy with them. But after a few weeks, one side started creaking and the plastic just feels really lightweight for what they cost. Now I feel like I have to baby them or deal with returning/replacing them, which is just extra work I wasn’t looking for. They’re not awful, but I expected them to hold up better.

"Return worked out, but I expected it to be quicker"
I ended up returning a pair of headphones, and while everything did get sorted in the end, it was a bit slower than I expected. The return instructions were easy to follow, so that part was fine. But responses took a couple of days each time, and the refund wasn’t exactly quick either. Nothing went terribly wrong, I just thought the whole process would move faster. Overall, it was okay, just not especially impressive.

"I’ve been using this after some..."
I’ve been using this after some sweaty runs and, no issues so far. I was kind of expecting it to get gross or stop working as well, but nope, it’s still good. Sweat hasn’t been a problem at all, which is a relief because I’m usually drenched by the end. Anyway, solid so far

"I don’t know why it didn’t hold up"
I don’t know why, but the water resistance seemed to fail quickly for me. It wasn’t great with sweat or even light rain, so that was a bit disappointing.

"Honestly, it worked better than I thought"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from the Shokz app, but it ended up being easy to use. Setting up my headphones was quick, and they connected faster than I figured they would. The controls are clear enough, and changing the sound settings only took me a minute or so. I keep wondering if I’m missing some feature or something, but so far it hasn’t crashed or given me any trouble. It’s a simple app, but it does what I need...

"They felt a little too loose on..."
They felt a little too loose on me, and once I started running they kept shifting around. I was constantly having to adjust them, which got annoying fast. Not great

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered directly from Shokz, and I kind of assumed that would mean the shipping would be smoother or faster. That was my mistake, I guess. The tracking barely changed for days, so I kept doing that thing where I’d check once, see no update, and just assume it was stuck somewhere. It ended up arriving later than the original estimate. The product itself is fine, no real complaints there, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I expected better

"Mic holds up well for calls"
I’ve been happy with the mic so far. Most of the time my voice comes through clear, even when I’m outside. If it’s windy, you might notice it gets a little rough, but for work calls or quick chats, it does the job well

"Easy setup, tiny app glitch"
I got my Shokz headphones connected really fast. Setup was simple. My phone found them right away. The instructions were clear too. I didn’t need to look up any videos.

The only small issue was the app. It took a bit to show the device. I closed it once and opened it again. Then everything worked fine. I’m happy with them overall.

"Calls are clear for what I need"
I’ve been using these mostly for calls and they’ve been good so far. People can hear me clearly, even when I’m outside, which was the main thing I cared about. The only issue is when it’s windy, it can get a little rough, but that’s kind of expected. Overall I’m happy with them, just wouldn’t say they’re perfect.

"Comfortable enough that I barely notice them"
I wear my Shokz for hours while I’m working, half the time I forget they’re even on. They don’t make my ears sore or feel heavy like some other headphones that say they’re “comfortable” but clearly weren’t tested for a full workday. These have been really easy to keep on for long stretches.

"Not much bass, but fine for casual listening"
I picked these up hoping they’d be decent for music, but the bass just isn’t really there. The sound comes through clear enough, especially for podcasts or spoken stuff, but songs feel a bit thin and flat to me. They’re not terrible, just not what I expected for the price.

"Great connection... until it goes on vacation"
It connects really fast, which is nice, but then it randomly starts cutting out when it's in my pocket. You know, because apparently my pocket is some kind of high-security signal bunker

"Clean and simple look"
I actually really like the clean design and the colors. My shokz look slim instead of bulky, and they sit nicely around my ears. The site was easy to browse too, which was a nice plus. They look better than I expected...

"Warranty support was... fine, I guess"
To be fair, they did replace my headset under warranty, so credit where it’s due. But getting there involved slow replies and me having to follow up twice, which was a fun little bonus I didn’t ask for. Not the worst experience ever, just more annoying than it needed to be.
